Knowledge Worx 4 College

College admissions is about much more than submitting applications. It is about helping students understand who they are, what they have accomplished, and where they will truly thrive.

Founded by Nagla Orlando, M.Ed., CEP, Knowledge Worx 4 College combines 25 years of experience as a credentialed educator with more than a decade of college admissions advising. Nagla works closely with students and families to create thoughtful, individualized college strategies grounded in academic preparation, authentic storytelling, and finding the right fit.

KW4C works with students pursuing a wide range of colleges and universities, including highly selective institutions and competitive STEM, pre-med, nursing, and science programs. Students receive personalized guidance throughout the process, from college research and balanced list development to application strategy, essays, activities, and final submission.

The results reflect that individualized approach: 100% of KW4C students have been admitted to one of their top three college choices.

Nagla's background as both a classroom educator and Certified Educational Planner allows her to meet students where they are, recognize their individual strengths, and help them present those strengths authentically throughout the admissions process.
